All we need is somewhere to park the van near your property, close enough that we can plug the van in to power (we have quite a long cable though!).
Any products used such as shampoos, conditioners, de-tangling sprays, colognes etc. contain natural ingredients and are designed for use with dogs and other animals. If your pet requires any veterinary prescribed products then you will will need to supply these.
Every breed of dog is different however, as a general rule your dog should be groomed every 6-10 weeks. Some breeds that only require hand stripping might only be groomed 1-2 times per year. Please call or email for advice on your own dogs requirements.
Matting occurs when your dogs fur becomes tangled. It can become very painful for your dog and can lead to bacterial infections in severe cases.
Matting can be prevented through regular brushing (with the correct type of brush!) of the fur and regular visits from your dog groomer.
Minor knots can be brushed out however if your dog has a severely matted coat we will not de-matt your dog by brushing out. Under the animal welfare act 2006 it is illegal to cause your dog unnecessary distress or discomfort so we will always, after consultation with yourself, clip off the fur and you will be asked to sign a clip off contract agreeing to this beforehand.
